Exercise!
Think of how many people around us just ballooned, I mean people, young people should start to consider how much they eat and how often they devour something. I, now consider that in order for me not to gain a beer belly and close resemblance of a 9 month old pregnant tummy.
We also need to exercise a little because we sit in front of the computer the whole day and when we reach our home we watch TV until we sleep, we should consider our heath by eating a balance diet, I think walking is also a good exercise so for those people who is too lazy for going in the gym walking would be the next best thing, but this threading thing is not for all people, especially the old one and those who also suffer rheumatism.
So, don’t just sit there and do nothing go ahead and bust your ass in the gym or go out for a walk, take your dog or your girlfriend, enjoy a little air outside.
