We just had our Career Symposium regarding a certain call center office situated at Arizona, eTelecare provides customer service, technical support to it’s customers in the United States, currently they are hirring freshly graduate students from top Universities in Davao. Their major clients are companies such as Dell, one of the top 100 companies in the US.
The major reason why certain companies open their call center office here in the Philippines is because it is strategically located for easy communications between nations, I think thats a pile load of crap, becuase for me, the biggest factor here is "Money" Yup the Benjamins.
it’s typically hyporcitical on my part to talk bad about call center office here, in which case an Industry were I could be working after all. So as for now, start thinking about what is it that you realy want, try to focus your mind into it, who knows you might become rich buy doing so, right?
