Manhunt 2, adult only rating..banned from UK?

When the 1st Manhunt game was release way back in 2003 it quickly spurred with controversy surrounding its mature and sometimes overwhelmingly sadist environment. The story of the 1st Manhunt games revolves around a Death row inmate named James Earl Cash, his execution was cut short by the propagator of the games know only as the "director", the director instructs Cash to commit violent acts for the mere amusment of total stranger that subscribe with the internet movie wherein the leading star was James Earl Cash.
Now if that wasn’t sadist enough wait till you here about the second game, Manhunt 2, now I dont exactly know what the story or who is the leading character that stars in this current game but one things for sure Rockstar Games the publisher of this game also known for their games such as Gran theft auto etc..
Now to the core of the story, recently Manhunt 2 was reviewed by the British Board of Film Classification and gave the game an AO rating, while the game was initialy issued an AO rating this time it was different primarily because the game was "Banned" in the entire UK, Rockstar Games appealed with the case judging by the fact that before the final rating is to filed the publisher of the game has to first be informed of the rating 30 days before the rating is to be finaled thus giving them time to readjust the game or make neccesary to drastic changes in order to decrease the rating.
Another, when a "Game" is rated as AO all game publishing company knows that it cannot be sold localy to any country that takes ESRB ratings seriously, RockStar also appealed that the Game was stricly for adults only and is expected to have a M rating.
But judging by the track records of students that own’s a gun, majority of them were video game fanatics, now what does this say? Is video game to be blammed for the demise of an entire nation whom could not regulate their anti gun laws in order for young people not to get their hands on this contraband know as illegal firearms? I think Video game is their to help us relieve our tension and stress, also parents should monitor their childrens video games, ensuring that they will never play games that are over their age limit in order to stop them from developing drastic to violent behaviors…
