Think of how many people around us just ballooned, I mean people, young people should start to consider how much they eat and how often they devour something. I, now consider that in order for me not to gain a beer belly and close resemblance of a 9 month old pregnant tummy.

We also need to exercise a little because we sit in front of the computer the whole day and when we reach our home we watch TV until we sleep, we should consider our heath by eating a balance diet, I think walking is also a good exercise so for those people who is too lazy for going in the gym walking would be the next best thing, but this threading thing is not for all people, especially the old one and those who also suffer rheumatism.

So, don’t just sit there and do nothing go ahead and bust your ass in the gym or go out for a walk, take your dog or your girlfriend, enjoy a little air outside.

I guess every wanna be writer has these so called drought, as for these past few weeks I have a hard time conjuring my thoughts into colorful witting phrases. I always want to have some sort of idea pool wherein I would just go and fetch interesting topics to write about, I just need to figure out where to look for it.

So on I go, I need to finish some things before the end of this day, I do hope to find that infinite pool of so called ideas as this Blog is getting blunt.

Monday, the start of the week, only 4 days to go before Friday, a lot of things happen today, 1 I was so sleepy in the office, 2 I hate Mondays, seems like I have a hard time getting out of bed in days like these, and still my tooth is bothering me, I have already decided, I will have this annoying teeth pluck.

So, eto nlng for this day, wla na kasi akong ma isulat na iba, I guess meron pa pro I better keep it to my self nlng, it’s better that you keep something in your self, at least people will be curious, hmm, ano kya ito? Ano ba to, bakit tagalog na ang na susulat dito, I think maganda ang combintion ng dalawa, mas malaman ang mga post mo if bilingual approach ka.

I guess this is just for now, I will be hitting the sack for now, I am so sleepy na kc.

Right from the start of this day I was sleeping, I have a lot of plans for today but was halted due to my excessive shut eyes. I woke up around 7am I then go back to sleep and woke round 12 and again goes back to sleep. I was saying to my self yesterday that I was going to finish Persona 3 today, but I couldn’t then again maybe I could do this tomorrow.

Till then, this is it for now, I did not go out last night due to my gums still swollen as a result I am still in medication over it, I hope this swelling will subside, I think I will be opting for the very painful Root Canal, I will just this teeth pulled out.

The good thing is that no job tomorrow, the bad thing is our dog just slaughtered another chicken, and I have to clean his mess, it’s not the first time that our dog murdered innocent animal passerby’s in the vicinity of our home, in fact he can add that chicken to his impressive résumé’s of kills..

So, to enumerate, there was a cat, a chicken and a rat and of course a monkey, we’ll He really didn’t actually killed it, come to think of it I think our dog is getting too serious about this territorial thing, I hope He won’t do this everyday as it Sucks cleaning up after His mess… 

My other wordpress blog just got served, it was inactive this past couple of days, maybe because I am using paid post.

On the latest issue of TIME magazine, Lebron James was on the cover asserting a guarantee the this year the U.S basketball team will be bringing home Gold, the last time team USA won gold was with the original dream team, led by Michael Jordan and Magic Johnson.

I read a very funny article about the U.S dream team, and it was that I think 32 points was the closes and opposing came with the Dream Team.

So about James guarantee that Gold could be coming to the U.S it remains to be seen, and I guess that is a guarantee as this is the time, a make or break situation for the U.S Olympic team.

A very star studded lineup consist of this years MVP, Kobe Bryant, MVP of the finals Dwayne Wade and once the scoring champion Carmelo Anthony.

Lebron James is the captain of Team USA.

Josh Childress, after helping the Atlanta hawks make a playoff push after an 8 year drought decided to fly away from the Hawks in order to play oversees, Childress has reportedly signed with Greek club Olympiakos for $20 Million dollars.

It is stated that in the last season in the NBA 5 players reportedly left the league to play ball in Europre. The deal offered to Childress is one of the lucrative deals in the History of European basketball, the $20 Million dollar 3 year contract, and it is said that Childress can opt out of the contract every year if he chooses to.

Wow, is this a trend in the NBA right now, one player, named Juan Carlos Navarro also opt out of his contract to rejoin his old club F.C. Barcelona. I hope top players won’t join this trend I really hate to see Josh Childress leave, I guess He wasn’t happy with the offer the Hawks gave to him.

Guess what, I am gonna have my self a freaking root canal! I admit I am quite scared right now because I have never done anything like this before. But I don’t have any problems with it so long as this annoying teeth stops swelling.
